Job Description

    You will be joining LearnQoch, an EdTech company dedicated to enhancing the learning and teaching systems through technology in order to support over 320 million students in India in achieving their aspirations. As an Inside Sales Manager, your role will involve communicating with customers, identifying sales opportunities, answering queries, maintaining customer databases, demonstrating product features, and staying updated on market trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, liaising with the marketing team, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via outbound calls and follow up on leads- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs- Answer customer queries and provide additional information via email- Maintain product and service knowledge and updates- Create and manage a database of current and potential customers- Demonstrate product features and explain services- Stay informed about competitors- Upsell products and services- Research and qualify new leads- Schedule appointments and deliver product demos to various stakeholders- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign implementation- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions- Prepare customer proposals and follow up for Purchase Orders- Take ownership of customer expectations for 100% satisfactionQualifications Required:- PG: MBA in Marketing & Sales- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, BCA/MCA/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computers/Graduate- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development roles in EdTech/Software Development/IT Sales/Technical Sales- Skills: Lead Generation, Sales, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, Business DevelopmentAdditional Company Details: LearnQoch offers an excellent salary structure along with recurring, quarterly, and continuous incentives.
