You are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate fluent in English language to join the team. As an Inside Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:- Conducting inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.- Explaining product features and benefits, answering questions, and handling objections effectively to persuade customers to make purchases.- Achieving monthly sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or customer segment.- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system (Zoho).- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure repeat business.- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities, strategies, and market trends.- Staying updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.Requirements:- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of any South Indian language will be a plus.- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred.- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point).- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.In addition to the above, the company offers competitive salary and performance-based incentives, training and career development opportunities, a friendly and supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work with a growing company and expand your sales skills.Please note that the work location for this role is in person.
