Job Description

    Role Overview:As an ISR Pipeline Generation Expert at New Era Informatique, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers, generate leads, create opportunities, and set appointments for the sales team. You will have the opportunity to interact with key decision-makers in the IT industry to promote the companys IT solutions and services. Your communication skills, IT understanding, and ability to handle objections will play a crucial role in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls, cold calling, email outreach, and customer engagement activities.- Pitch company IT solutions and service offerings to prospective customers.- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for the sales team.- Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions between customers and sales representatives.- Maintain and manage lead data in CRM or lead management systems.- Follow up regularly with prospects and sales teams until opportunity closure.- Coordinate with existing customers to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.- Build relationships with IT decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, VP IT, IT Managers, IT Heads.- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant IT solutions effectively.- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.- Achieve lead generation and meeting scheduling targets.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and company offerings.Qualification Required:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.- Basic understanding of IT products, services, and technology concepts.- Good presentation and tele-calling skills.- Strong follow-up and relationship management capabilities.- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.- Customer handling and objection management skills.- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented personality.- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow in sales.Additional Company Details:New Era Informatique, founded in 2001, is a leading provider of innovative IT services and solutions.
