Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative at our fast-growing IT company in India, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound sales calls for IT products and services. You will be responsible for qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns and digital channels, as well as presenting IT solutions such as SaaS, Software, Cloud, or Services to potential clients. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups will also be part of your key responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for IT products/services- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and digital channels- Present IT solutions (SaaS, Software, Cloud, or Services) to potential clients- Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for deal closures- Maintain accurate data in CRM toolsQualifications Required:- 3-5 years of inside sales experience in the IT industry- Strong experience in B2B sales and B2C- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment- Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days notice preferredNice to Have:- Experience selling SaaS / Software / Web / IT Services- Exposure to international or enterprise clients- Lead generation and account management experienceWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary performance-based incentives- Growth opportunities in a fast-growing IT company- Professional and collaborative work environment As an Inside Sales Representative at our fast-growing IT company in India, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound sales calls for IT products and services.
