Job Description

    As a proactive and experienced sales executive at Hasiru Farms, you will actively take ownership of our product, support business growth, and foster relationships with our clients. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced, people-facing environment, youre a perfect match for our sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Create new opportunities with existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling.- Achieve sales quotas and maintain customer databases and sales records.- Find new customers by following up on leads, making cold calls, and conducting research on potential customers.- Address customer questions and concerns, build relationships, and understand customer needs.- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for product improvements and increase customer engagement.- Maintain and update the lead generation database, follow up on leads and inquiries.- Verify and track accounts using the firms CRM system, and perform necessary follow-up calls.- Deliver sales presentations to customers, provide sales reports, analyze sales data, and give regular updates to the sales manager.Qualifications and Skills Required:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as tele-calling, pre-sales, or inside sales.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.- Excellent interpersonal, research, and analytical capabilities.- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.- Any degree with knowledge of sales is acceptable.- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.- Ability to forecast sales accurately, strong time management, and organizational skills.
