Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter in the US Healthcare industry, your role will involve generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. You will need to engage in frequent phone and video interactions with English-speaking clients, requiring clear and effective communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified leads for the sales team- Book appointments and schedule meetings with potential clients- Engage in frequent phone and video interactions with English-speaking clients- Learn and understand US Healthcare Credentialing, Licensing, and RCM/Billing Sales- Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office for sales activities- Maintain a high level of organization and strong time management skillsQualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field preferred- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting- 1 years of experience in US Healthcare with knowledge of EST hours (9am-6pm)- Strong desire to learn US Healthcare Credentialing, Licensing, RCM/Billing Sales- Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday or Monday to Friday- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilitiesIn addition, the job requires a dedicated laptop/PC with specific technical requirements, including an Intel i5 or higher processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10/11, licensed & activated MS Office 2013, and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup. A minimum of 50 Mbps high-speed internet (fiber or cable) and at least 1 year of prior work-from-home experience during EST hours are also mandatory.Please note that the work schedule for this position is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. The compensation for this role will be based on your experience and will be in the form of a monthly salary.
