Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative at AWS, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys fastest-growing SMB business in India. By joining our newly formed team, you will contribute to expanding AWSs footprint in the Indian SMB market. At AWS, a company recognized as a Great Place to Work in India for the fourth consecutive time, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting and rewarding work environment.In this key role, your responsibilities will include:- Executing outbound calling to curated SMB databases and running targeted AWS-aligned campaigns to generate qualified leads and meetings- Identifying use cases for migrations, starter kits, and POCs, engaging decision-makers, and positioning Crayons value-added services- Scheduling and confirming discovery calls, walkthroughs, or demos, logging data in CRM, and acting as the first point of contact for SMB prospects- Providing weekly reports on outreach, funnel health, and campaign performance, and collaborating with various teams- Capturing and sharing voice-of-customer feedback with sales and marketing for improved targeting and messagingQualifications required for this role:- 24 years of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation within cloud (preferably AWS), SaaS, or IT industries- Proficiency in engaging customers through various communication channels and CRM platforms- Strong ability to identify customer pain points and qualify opportunities effectivelyAbout Crayon:Crayon is deeply committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
