Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative at Workmates, you will play a crucial role in driving net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for AWS cloud services within the SMB and mid-market segment. Your responsibilities will include owning the complete inside sales lifecycle, generating and managing a strong sales pipeline, understanding customers business needs, and collaborating closely with presales, technical architects, and partner teams to design value-driven solutions. You will also engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to recommend cloud adoption strategies and support various AWS and partner programs.**Key Responsibilities:**- Drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for AWS cloud services within the SMB and mid-market segment.- Own the complete inside sales lifecycle including lead qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal support, negotiation, and deal closure.- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, email campaigns, and partner referrals.- Understand customers business needs at a high level and articulate how AWS cloud and managed services can solve business challenges.- Position AWS solutions including compute, storage, security, migration, data, and managed services aligned to customer requirements.- Collaborate closely with presales, technical architects, and partner teams to design and present value-driven solutions.- Engage CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to identify pain points and recommend cloud adoption strategies.- Work with AWS and partner teams to support programs such as SBAI, MAP, POCs, and funding motions where applicable.- Track opportunities, activities, pipeline, and forecasts accurately in CRM tools.- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets for pipeline creation, deal closures, and revenue.- Stay updated on AWS offerings, pricing models, and competitive positioning.- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach in a target-driven environment.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.- 26 years of experience in inside sales or B2B technology sales, preferably in cloud or IT services.- Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services and cloud adoption concepts.- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.At Workmates, you will find a dynamic and performance-driven environment where you can utilize your skills and attributes to drive outbound sales, build qualified pipelines, and deliver exceptional value to customers.
