Job Description

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with over 4 years of experience, your role will involve driving lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and supporting end-to-end sales execution. Your strong CRM expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in coordinating proposals, client interactions, and sales operations will be crucial for success in this position.Key Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking.- Manage and maintain sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.- Track opportunities, sales activities, forecasts, and follow-ups.- Coordinate prospect meetings and prepare supporting sales materials.- Draft proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and client documentation.- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize scope, pricing, and timelines.- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely deal progression.- Gather preliminary client requirements and support the sales qualification process.Qualifications Required:- 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or SDR roles.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.- Strong lead generation, pipeline management, and client engagement skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.In this role, you will be expected to effectively manage sales operations, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced workplace.
