Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative at Zybisys, you will be responsible for:- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication.- Understanding the needs and pain points of clients and effectively communicating how Zybisys products and services can address their requirements.- Collaborating with the Field sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and objectives.- Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports.- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.- Upselling additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.- Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and technical specifications.- Regularly reviewing and analyzing personal performance metrics against sales targets, seeking areas for improvement.- Working closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.- Attending industry events and webinars to expand professional networks and stay informed about market developments.- Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions with clients and colleagues.Qualifications required:- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of success in inside sales, with experience in IT services.
