Job Description

    As a Lead Generation and Inside Sales professional at Netlabs Group, your role will involve the following responsibilities:- Generate leads through various channels such as databases, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and social media.- Create and maintain databases to ensure a steady flow of potential leads.- Engage with customers via calls, campaigns, and referrals to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.- Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and decision-makers in the IT solutions procurement process.- Build and manage a sales funnel, tracking progress towards closure.- Understand the needs of prospects and recommend suitable solutions.- Update the CRM system daily with customer information.- Qualify leads and prospects using BANT information to identify viable opportunities.- Collaborate with OEMs to research and target potential accounts, providing technical information and support.- Work closely with Business Units and Sales Specialists to maximize sales opportunities.- Analyze competitor information and trends to identify potential sales prospects.- Recommend related or new items to customers based on their buying history and technical preferences.- Take ownership of renewals to ensure customer retention.- Prepare and maintain reports to track sales performance.Additionally, please note that the role will primarily focus on India and neighboring geographies. However, you should be open to working in the East-coast time zone on a case-by-case basis if required.If you have 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Cold calling, Business Development, and Inside Sales in IT Solutions/Services sales, along with a good understanding of IT Managed Services, Datacenter Services, Cyber Security, and Staff Augmentation, then we encourage you to send in your resume.
