    As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, your role will involve conducting research to identify potential customers in target segments. You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and digital platforms. It will be crucial for you to maintain a healthy lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversions.Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer needs and mapping relevant solutions in areas such as cybersecurity, digital transformation, SOC, and managed services. You will play a pivotal role in scheduling appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team while maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in our CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion efficiency. Supporting targeted campaigns, events, and webinars by driving registrations and follow-ups will also be part of your duties.The ideal candidate for this role would possess 4-8 years of experience in inside sales and lead generation roles within the IT services or system integration domain. A strong understanding of cybersecurity, managed services, SOC, and digital transformation offerings will be essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency in lead qualification using frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC. Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is preferred. You should also demonstrate the ability to handle objections, engage with CXO-level prospects, and build rapport effectively. Being self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.Please note that the preferred candidate should have experience in setting up the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) process.
