Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Inside Sales Representative - Lead Generation at Mphasis, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients in the IT Technology domain. Your role will involve reaching out to customers through various channels, qualifying prospects, and supporting Sales Leaders & CRMs in closing sales within a quick sales cycle environment. Your contribution will be crucial in achieving the companys ambitious objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with account managers and sales leaders to define target messaging, persona targets, and account strategy- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels- Analyze customer needs and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure- Conduct research on accounts, identify key decision-makers, and propose solutions that address their pain points- Expand and maintain a prospect database within the assigned territory- Deliver effective online demonstrations to prospects- Stay updated on new offerings within Mphasis and incorporate them into your communication with prospectsQualifications Required:- Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Inside Sales or a related field- Demonstrate strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day- Proficiency in using corporate productivity and web presentation tools- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong listening and presentation abilities- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently- Willingness to work night shifts if required- Track record of exceeding quota for qualified opportunities and pipeline generated- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools is preferred- Graduates are preferred for this role(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
