Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative in the IT services and system integration domain, your role involves conducting research to identify potential customers in target segments. You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and digital platforms. It is essential to maintain a healthy lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversions.Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer needs and mapping relevant solutions such as cybersecurity, digital transformation, SOC, and managed services. Additionally, you will schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team while maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion efficiency will be crucial. You will also support targeted campaigns, events, and webinars by driving registrations and follow-ups effectively.Qualifications required for this role include:- 4-8 years of experience in inside sales/lead generation roles in the IT services/system integration domain.- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, managed services, SOC, and digital transformation offerings.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in lead qualification using frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC.- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.- Ability to handle objections, engage CXO-level prospects, and build rapport.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Please note that the preferred candidate is expected to have experience in setting up the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) process.
