Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Specialist at Grittytech, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective clients and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your responsibilities will include:- Connecting with prospective clients through cold and warm leads provided via CRM.- Understanding student requirements and recommending suitable trainers and learning programs.- Scheduling and coordinating demo sessions between students and trainers.- Building strong relationships with prospects and guiding them throughout the enrollment process.- Handling objections, following up regularly, and converting leads into paid enrollments.- Taking ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.- Achieving monthly calling, demo, conversion, enrollment, and revenue targets.- Maintaining accurate records and updates in the CRM system.To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:- 25 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Admissions Counseling, or EdTech Sales.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong target-oriented mindset with proven sales performance.- Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.About Grittytech:Grittytech is a fast-growing EdTech platform that provides personalized learning solutions through one-on-one and group sessions.
