Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be a part of the International Customer Service team in Hyderabad, handling customer queries primarily from the US market. Your main responsibilities will include providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service experiences for customers.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats from international clients, mainly from the US.- Provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance processes and service delivery.Qualification Required:- 12 years of experience in international customer service or a similar role.- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.- Ability to work in US shifts (night shifts).- Good problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications would be advantageous.- Customer-centric mindset with patience and empathy.Disclaimer:It is important to note that Firstsource upholds a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
