Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be leading the global product strategy in select countries and managing the lifecycle of the companys medical device portfolio across international markets. Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, developing product roadmaps, and implementing commercialization strategies to drive international growth. You will collaborate with various teams such as R&D, Regulatory, Sales, Clinical, and Supply Chain to support new product development and successful product launches. Gathering market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking will be crucial for shaping portfolio strategy and innovation priorities. Additionally, you will provide support to international distributors and regional sales teams with product training, positioning, and marketing collateral.
