    Job DescriptionProvide first-line support for engineering simulation applications and users. Handle incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of tickets covering software installation, licensing, access, and job failures. Maintain clear ticket documentation, create knowledge base articles and FAQs, and support standardized workflows across simulation platforms. Deliver clear guidance to users with varying technical backgrounds. Ideal for IT professionals interested in engineering software.Required- 3-7 years of IT support experience- Diploma or degree in IT or related field- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets effectively- Install and configure software applications- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Basic understanding of engineering simulation softwareNice to Have- Familiarity with Ansys, FEA, or CFD- Experience with ticketing systems and documentation- Created knowledge base articles or FAQs- Exposure to simulation software licensing .
