As a Digital Marketer at Offshore Marketers, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various digital networks. Your role will involve overseeing the digital marketing department, managing social media platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with advertising experts to enhance marketing results. You must be creative, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage all aspects of the digital marketing department, including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.- Develop and track campaign budgets effectively.- Strategize and handle social media platforms efficiently.- Generate precise reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns.- Collaborate with advertising and media specialists to optimize marketing outcomes.- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.- Evaluate key metrics impacting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.- Brainstorm innovative growth strategies with the team.- Supervise contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.- 0-0.6 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.- Profound knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.- Strong creativity and analytical abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Offshore Marketers offers benefits including paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
