As a Lead Data Scientist at Docusign, your primary responsibility will be to drive the transformation of Docusigns growth strategy from Sales-Led to Self-Serve-Led growth. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional squad to enhance the self-serve engine and provide customers with a seamless omni-channel experience. Your role will involve leading strategic analyses, conducting hands-on experimentation, and scaling new methods to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
