Job Description

As a highly skilled Senior Technical Developer / Technical Lead at UST with 8-12 years of industry experience, your role involves utilizing strong full-stack engineering capabilities and deep expertise in .NET technologies, cloud infrastructure, and modern web frameworks. You will work across legacy and modern technology stacks, analyze complex systems in the payments domain, and independently drive technical solutions. Your responsibilities include:- Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.- Ensuring smooth integration and modernization across legacy and modern technology stacks.- Analyzing existing architecture of complex enterprise payment systems and proposing improvements.- Developing scalable and secure applications deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure.- Configuring and managing cloud infrastructure components like load balancers, application hosting, and supporting services.- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.- Ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance.- Utilizing tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx for maintaining code quality and security compliance.- Following secure coding practices aligned with OWASP guidelines.- Troubleshooting complex production issues and delivering enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Analyzing complex database logic and stored procedures in MS SQL Server.- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members.- Participating in support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems.- Collaborating with US-based teams, including working in second shift / overlapping US hours when required.Qualifications required for this role include:- Around 8 to 12 years of experience in Software development with at least 2-3 years of experience in leading a team.- Strong expertise in .NET Framework, modern .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6), React or Angular, and MS SQL Server.- Experience with AWS cloud services and understanding of cloud infrastructure setup.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, DevOps practices, and tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx.- Knowledge of secure coding standards, OWASP vulnerabilities, and legacy technologies.- Strong understanding of payments domain systems and enterprise transaction processing platforms.Your soft skills, such as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independent system analysis, communication, collaboration skills, and ability to mentor developers, will be key in succeeding in this role.
