Join us!About the RoleThe Legal Compliance Operations Manager is a high-bandwidth, meticulously organized individual, who can juggle people, project, and process management. Directly manage an internal team of 4 Legal Operations Analysts and 1 Team reputed company in leading the Garnishments, Unemployment Insurance, reputed company Party Data Requests, and Legal Triage workflows. reputed company reputed company s BPO Team; forming and maintaining strategic relationships, negotiating rates, reviewing invoices, conducting quarterly performance reviews. Build, reputed company, and drive the adoption of new workflow automation and business intelligence technology. Scale, reputed company, and suggest improvements to existing legal compliance processes. You have 8 years of reputed company legal process support experience in fast moving environments. You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a people management role, with a proven ability to reputed company and mentor teams effectively. You have experience in reading and responding to subpoenas, garnishments, liens or levies, and/or unemployment claims.
