    Role Overview:Join our new Sales War Room on Sarjapur Road as a Hard-Core Sales Professional in the Indian AI LegalTech space. This high-velocity role is perfect for a Hunter who excels in closing enterprise deals and seeks significant career growth opportunities as we move towards our 100Cr trajectory. You will be a part of a dynamic team that leverages cutting-edge technology and enjoys hybrid flexibility between physical collaboration and remote work.Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from conducting initial demos to negotiating and closing deals.- Maintain a laser focus on achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.- Conduct in-depth demos for General Counsels (GCs) and IP Heads, showcasing our superior performance compared to legacy systems.- Proactively win accounts from competitors, with a warm welcome to candidates with experience in competitor organizations.- Manage your sales pipeline meticulously in Zoho CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.Qualification Required:- You should have 35 years of proven hunting experience in a B2B SaaS environment.- Possess a hardcore sales mindset that is resilient, target-oriented, and instinctively adept at closing deals.- Must be based in Bangalore, ideally near the Sarjapur, HSR, or Bellandur clusters for a seamless hybrid routine.- Comfortable utilizing automated sales stacks and CRM tools to handle high-volume deal flows efficiently.Additional Company Details:As one of the first hires in our Bangalore expansion, you will not just be an employee but a future leader. You will have the unique opportunity to build and lead your own sales pods as we expand into new sectors like Pharma, FMCG, and BFSI.
