Job Description

    As a Manager Data Science at Abbott Healthcare in Mumbai, you will be responsible for:- Leading the design and development of advanced analytical solutions, transforming large data into meaningful business insights either independently or with junior team members.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, frame project outlines, and leverage available data and systems to address them.- Building and presenting strong narratives based on insights and impact to senior stakeholders regularly.- Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of solution quality, providing data and metrics compliant with the Business.- Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists, supporting them in developing their technical skills and career growth.Qualifications required for this role include:- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.- Strong programming skills and expertise in using SQL and Python for Data Science.- Hands-on experience in implementing various statistical and machine learning algorithms such as regression, clustering, Random forest, SVM, and neural network.- Experience in building AI/ML solutions on the cloud platform is preferred.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
