Job Description

    As a Manager / Senior Manager Operations for the PCO (Conferences) Business, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of medical conferences. Your primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of events within budget, timelines, and compliance while driving client satisfaction and operational excellence. You will work closely with the DirectorPCO in project management, overseeing teams, resources, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality and compliant events across national and international platforms.Your key responsibilities will include:- Assisting the Director - PCO in all areas of Project Management- Efficiently planning, organizing, and controlling the complete stages of operations from the time of handing over of a conference by the sales team till its execution- Managing end-to-end planning & execution of medical conferences, ensuring timely delivery within budget- Independently managing designated projects in line with company policy, pharma/non-pharma code compliance, budget, and client objectives- Establishing project financial budget, timelines, and maintaining adherence to guidelines and objectives- Working closely with the Designing, Creative & Marketing teams to develop branding and visibility for the project- Actively engaging with clients to monitor satisfaction and maintain project health- Allocating staff and resources to meet objectives and improve operational efficiency- Managing supplier relationships to control costs and increase project margins- Monitoring and maintaining quality and adherence to processes- Creating a positive team spirit by motivating staff and encouraging cooperation- Making decisions in line with client goals and objectives- Following up with the team to expedite work completion within specified budgets and specificationsThe required profile for this role includes:- 8 years of relevant industry experience in executing national and international conferences for the PCO division- Strong connections in the healthcare industry and medical associations- Leadership acumen to direct and support teams effectively- Keeping oneself updated on industry developments and competitor analysis- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills- Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India and internationally- Experience in executing virtual conferences would be a value addThis job offers you the opportunity to lead and manage the operations of medical conferences, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
