Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be leading the design, implementation, and management of marketing automation strategies for clients. You will closely collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.- Create and maintain automated workflows and email campaigns.- Segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and engagement.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead flow.- Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, landing pages, and workflows.- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation platforms.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation.- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.- Experience with lead generation, nurturing, and scoring.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Certification in Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot is a plus.- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho.- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design.Additional Company Details:The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for professional development, a dynamic and collaborative work environment, health insurance coverage for you and your family, paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and holidays, access to training and certification programs, an employee assistance program for personal and professional support, performance-based bonuses and incentives, flexible work arrangements available after the initial training period, and opportunities to work on diverse and challenging projects.
