Job Description

    As a Marketing Manager for Adobes Student Engagement team in India, your role will involve building, managing, and energizing a group of student evangelists at key design and film schools in the country. You will be responsible for championing Adobes brand and tools among students, driving adoption of creative and AI tools, and gathering insights to inform wider marketing and product strategies. Your key responsibilities include:- Own the day-to-day execution of the India student evangelist marketing program, managing a cohort of 100 students across priority institutions.- Build trusted 1:1 relationships with student evangelists, serving as their mentor and point of contact at Adobe.- Help evangelists confidently represent Adobe on campus, empowering them to engage peers authentically.- Drive measurable adoption of creative and AI tools through evangelist-led activities and campus marketing moments.- Develop and deliver training, enablement, and opportunities for student evangelists to promote Adobe tools effectively.- Support evangelists in planning and delivering activations, workshops, and content to introduce Adobe tools to new student audiences.- Guide student-led content and experiences, ensuring alignment with Adobes product vision and gathering insights to inform marketing strategies.- Collaborate with universities, faculty, and internal partners to unlock campus opportunities and enable deeper creative experiences.The ideal candidate for this role would be highly interpersonal, actively immersed in student life, and have an understanding of youth culture, creative subcultures, and trends.
