Job Description

    As a Marketing Strategy & Performance Analyst at Stellantis, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the cost, performance, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. You will work directly with marketing plans, campaign briefs, media strategies, and performance data to understand how marketing activities are designed, executed, and optimized. Your responsibilities will include analyzing marketing spend and performance estimates for new campaigns, providing performance insights and optimization recommendations, supporting sourcing and agency management activities, contributing to benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely with global marketing teams and agency partners.**Key Responsibilities:**- Analyze marketing spend and performance estimates for new campaigns, launches, and initiatives- Analyze marketing cost and effort models including Advertising, Media, local events, Auto Shows, etc.- Provide performance insights and optimization recommendations during campaign planning and execution- Support sourcing and agency management activities through analysis of bids, retainers, media spend, and production costs- Contribute to benchmarking, effectiveness studies, and continuous improvement initiatives- Collaborate closely with global marketing teams, brand leads, finance, procurement, and agency partners- Provide global campaign performance comparisons and spend transparency in partnership with marketing analytics and finance communities**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, consulting, or related industries- Strong English verbal and written communication skills- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, brands, or initiatives with varying scopes and timelines- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for data analysis and executive presentations- Ability to work effectively across multiple levels of the organization, functions, and global regionsIn this role, your success will be driven by your curiosity, strong analytical skills, and collaborative mindset within a fast-paced, consumer-focused, and global environment.
