National Field Sales Manager

Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager at Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd., a Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble and Energizer, based in Mumbai, your role involves building strong interpersonal and communication skills, organization, and multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing, strategic analysis, and negotiation skills are key aspects of this position. Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting daily visits to 5-6 clients, including corporate companies, for sales meetings.- Understanding the business model and critical success factors of the HORECA.- Cross-selling, upselling, and expanding the product range.- Developing an area coverage plan and achieving target account-wise share.- Interacting with different business houses and corporates in the assigned region for business meets.- Working closely with stakeholders to close business deals.- Ensuring order execution as per timelines and coordinating for payment collection.- Leading bulk sales of all merchandise and managing existing clients while acquiring new ones.- Creating awareness of products and brand in new markets and addressing customer queries promptly. Skills required for this role include proven working experience in the battery industry, a sales track record, proficiency in computer skills and English, market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, and time management and planning skills. A Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing is required.Work timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a mix of work from home and direct field work. The salary is based on interview performance and experience. The position is open to both male and female candidates.---Please note that the salary range is 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month, and the work location is in person.
