Job Description

    ****As a National Sales Manager for the Laboratory Equipment Division (LED) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion of the laboratory equipment portfolio across India. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, managing key national accounts, strengthening channel partnerships, and collaborating across various teams to ensure sustainable growth and superior customer experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and execute the national commercial strategy for the laboratory equipment portfolio- Deliver annual revenue, margin, and market share targets- Identify growth opportunities in high-potential segments- Lead and manage a national sales organization- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching and development- Develop deep relationships with key national accounts- Monitor market trends and competitive activity- Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution**Qualifications:**- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Engineering- MBA or postgraduate qualification in business management preferred**Experience:**- 1218 years of experience in scientific instrumentation, laboratory equipment, or life sciences solutions- At least 57 years of experience leading regional or national sales teams- Strong experience selling capital equipment and managing long sales cycles**Critical Competencies:**- Strategic commercial leadership- Capital equipment sales expertise- Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills- Customer relationship management at CXO and lab leadership level- Ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams ****As a National Sales Manager for the Laboratory Equipment Division (LED) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion of the laboratory equipment portfolio across India.
