    As an Order Management Specialist at Foxit, a leading provider of innovative PDF products and services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing and exceptional customer service. Your expertise in utilizing NetSuite, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be key to your success in this role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Efficiently manage the order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Accurately enter and maintain customer, product, and order information in NetSuite, ensuring data integrity and consistency.- Collaborate closely with the sales department to facilitate smooth integration of orders and identify process optimization opportunities.- Address customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.- Identify opportunities to streamline order management processes, enhance system efficiency, and implement best practices for operational optimization.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.**Qualifications:**- 4 to 6 years of experience in Global Order Management and Revenue Operations, with a strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) ecosystem and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.- Proven experience in order management, preferably in a SaaS subscription company or technology industry.- Proficiency in using NetSuite or similar ERP systems that manage subscriptions.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM case management and CPQ workflows or similar tools such as DealHub or HubSpot.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with clients.- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to adapt to change, learn new technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with basic to intermediate skills in data analysis and reporting.- Flexibility to work across diverse geographies and time zones based on business operations requirements, especially during month-end and quarter-end closing periods.If you are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role as an Order Management Specialist and contribute to the exciting world of SaaS subscriptions, we invite you to apply and be part of our journey to success.
