As an Operations Manager / Lead specialized in Computer Vision, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling large-scale data annotation programs for computer vision and autonomous systems. Your expertise in 2D, 3D, LiDAR, Polygon, and Semantic segmentation, along with exceptional people, process, and quality management skills, will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality datasets on time and at scale.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Technical & Domain Leadership** - Lead annotation programs for various tasks such as 2D Bounding Boxes, Polygons, Keypoints, Semantic & Instance Segmentation, 3D Cuboids & Point Clouds, and LiDAR Annotation. - Define annotation standards, guidelines, and best practices for different computer vision use cases. - Collaborate with Computer Vision, ML, and Product teams to align data requirements with model needs.- **Operations & Delivery** - Own end-to-end annotation operations including planning, execution, quality control, and delivery. - Design scalable workflows for high-volume annotation projects. - Drive continuous process improvement for speed, accuracy, and cost optimization.- **Quality Management** - Establish multi-level QA/QC frameworks to ensure high precision and reliability standards. - Identify error patterns and implement corrective action plans. - Track inter-annotator agreement and accuracy metrics.- **Team & Stakeholder Management** - Lead and mentor annotation leads, QC teams, and vendors. - Conduct training programs and skill upgrading for annotation teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for annotation delivery.**Required Qualifications & Preferred Skills:**- 7 years of experience in data annotation for Computer Vision projects.- Strong hands-on experience with 2D / 3D annotation, LiDAR & Point Cloud labeling, and Polygon, Semantic & Instance Segmentation.- Deep understanding of CV use cases such as Autonomous Driving, ADAS, Robotics, Mapping / Geospatial, and Smart Surveillance.- Experience in managing large annotation teams or vendors.- Strong problem-solving and operational mindset.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.If you are passionate about driving innovation in computer vision and possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this Full-time, Permanent position based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
