Job Description

    You will be primarily responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google, Meta, ASA, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff, etc. to drive user acquisition and engagement. Your tasks will include monitoring key performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates to ensure that campaigns meet growth and efficiency targets. Regular data analysis will be conducted by you to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with the founder-led marketing team is essential to align campaigns with the overall strategy and business goals. Additionally, overseeing marketing creatives (ads, visuals, copy, playables) to ensure their engagement and effectiveness will be part of your responsibilities. Running A/B tests and experimenting with new campaign ideas will be crucial for continuously improving performance.
