Job Description

    Job Summary Were seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations Analyst to support critical supply chain and purchasing functions. In this role, youll be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and fostering strong vendor relationships. Youll play a key role in strategic planning efforts, support continuous process improvements, and help align pricing strategies with broader business objectives. Responsibilities Manage daily inventory functions, including order placement, vendor invoicing, and stock level maintenance. Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor communication, including issue resolution and ongoing coordination. Support strategic inventory planning and purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional team members. Assist with competitive pricing updates and product sourcing to align with company goals for market positioning and profitability. Help implement process improvements related to packaging, unit of measure decisions, and handling efficiency in coordination with operations partners. Review and interpret reports to maintain ordering accuracy, streamline workflows, and support operational performance.
