Job Description

As a seasoned Product & Sales Manager, you will be spearheading the Loan Against Securities (LAS) vertical in Bangalore. Your role involves bridging the gap between complex capital market products and client-centric lending solutions, focusing on driving aggressive sales growth and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless product delivery while maintaining a robust portfolio. Your efforts will directly impact the market share in the wealth management space, providing liquidity solutions for clients to leverage their investment portfolios effectively.- Define and execute the product roadmap for Loan Against Securities to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with evolving market trends.- Drive revenue growth by managing the entire sales funnel, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners.- Collaborate with the risk and credit teams to design prudent underwriting policies that balance aggressive growth with portfolio quality.- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving technology and operations to streamline the loan disbursement process and enhance the overall customer experience.- Monitor capital market volatility and adjust product parameters to mitigate risks while ensuring the product remains attractive to high-net-worth investors. You should possess the following skillset:- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial products within the capital markets ecosystem, with a deep understanding of equity and debt instruments.- Proven ability to lead sales strategies and manage high-value client relationships, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market trends and credit risk metrics, translating them into sustainable product strategies.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, essential for influencing internal stakeholders and managing external partnerships.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams.- A postgraduate degree in Management or Finance from a premier institute is highly preferred, complementing 8 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
