Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be working as a Project Manager for a digital marketing agency specializing in marketing solutions for mortgage agents across Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for Canadian mortgage agent clients, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of marketing projects by coordinating with the internal production team.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary client-facing contact for Canadian mortgage agent clients, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.- Conduct onboarding calls, regular check-ins, and strategy sessions with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable briefs for the team.- Coordinate with the internal creative and technical team to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.- Manage project timelines, task assignments, and workflows across multiple client accounts concurrently.- Oversee social media content production and ensure alignment with each clients brand and messaging.- Guide engagement campaigns to ensure personalized and effective outreach to target audiences.- Collaborate with the Google Ads team to relay client goals, review campaign performance, and report results back to clients.- Manage website design projects from initial brief through launch, incorporating client feedback and revisions.- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to enhance workflows, content quality, and team efficiency.- Conduct continuous research and development to improve agency services, including video production techniques, content strategies, and website design trends.- Own the monthly billing cycle by preparing, sending, and following up on client invoices for timely payment clearance.- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and performance summaries to clients and leadership.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 23 years of experience in project management or client-facing account management in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.- Minimum 2 years of international client experience, specifically with clients from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia.- Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, outreach, Google Ads, and website design processes.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.- Immediate availability to join.- Attention to detail.Additional Company Details (If applicable):The company offers a fully remote working environment with flexible scheduling, the opportunity to work directly with Canadian mortgage professionals, exposure to cutting-edge AI tools and marketing technologies, a collaborative team culture with room for professional growth, leadership opportunities, and competitive compensation.(Note: Please fill the provided form to apply for the position) Role Overview:You will be working as a Project Manager for a digital marketing agency specializing in marketing solutions for mortgage agents across Canada.
