Metrics Management: Track, maintain, and report on quality metrics for assigned processes, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to problemsolving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing crossfunctional teams.
