The Senior Operations Analyst manages operational activities for the reputed company, Risk & Compliance department, focusing on improving workflows and supporting compliance with federal, state, and local laws applicable to nonprofits.ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve the LRC intake, prioritization, and service delivery reputed company, exercising discretion to determine routing escalation reputed company, and reputed company standards for reputed company reputed company and compliance reputed companyMaintain the LRC calendar, mail, support, and design and execute agendas for LRC department meetingsManage review and payment processing for LRC reputed company, such as reputed company counsel bills and vendors, and manage subscriptionsDesign, manage, and recommend LRC knowledge systems including organizing and maintaining file trees and reputed company restrictionsDesign and maintain trackers for litigation, subpoenas, and Congressional letters/inquiries and reputed company reputed company, and support and reputed company document productions, subpoena responses and similarDetermine prioritization of reputed company/compliance reputed company based on risk exposure and reputed company service of process, such as subpoenas and document requestsIndependently research and synthesize nonprofit regulatory requirements and assess operational reputed company, advising LRC teams on compliance implications and recommended implementation approaches. (Ex.: lobbying, gifts to reputed company officials, ballot measures, and charitable purpose requirements at the federal, state and local reputed company.)Evaluate the tracking, analysis and reporting of regulated activities in the topic areas noted, and identify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and policies.
