Job Description

    As a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager specializing in HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps, your role will involve managing key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. You will work closely with the General Manager to set and achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals. Your technical expertise in HVAC systems, especially chillers and heat pumps, will be crucial in providing tailored technical solutions to customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps aligned with business goals.- Set and achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and market expansion plans.- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.- Identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned regions.- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.- Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially chillers and heat pumps.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.- Provide technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.- Coordinate with engineering, projects, and logistics teams for smooth execution.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.- Track sales performance and prepare MIS reports.- Provide forecasts and actionable insights to management.- Work closely with internal sales and technical teams.- Mentor junior team members when required.- Support cross-functional coordination for project execution.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).- 4-10 years of experience in HVAC sales, especially Chillers and Heat Pumps.- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to handle clients, consultants, and contractors.- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
