Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Senior Analyst in the Digital Product & Marketing Analytics team, you will be responsible for owning analytics for complex digital products, customer journeys, and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve generating high-impact insights that shape product strategy, optimize customer experience, and drive long-term business growth. You are expected to bring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data and AI-driven insights effectively to senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Lead measurement strategy across product and marketing initiatives, defining KPIs aligned with business objectives.- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and analytical rigor.- Identify long-term trends in user behavior, funnel performance, and business outcomes.- Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for self-serve analytics.- Build predictive models, opportunity sizing frameworks, and growth models to support strategic planning and decision-making.- Conduct scenario analysis, simulations, and experiments (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to inform investment decisions and drive optimization.- Translate data into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and marketing effectiveness.- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on goals and priorities.- Communicate insights through impactful presentations and executive-ready storytelling.Qualifications Required:- 68 years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, marketing analytics, or related roles.- Strong understanding of digital KPIs such as conversion, engagement, retention, CSAT, and revenue metrics.- Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Python), digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch), and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
