Job Description

    As a Senior Data Scientist at the company specializing in Media Tech, Martech, and Retail Media AI, your role involves building AI-driven, explainable recommendation systems for next-generation Agentic AI products in the media and retail media space. Your focus will be on designing ML and GenAI models that transform complex data into actionable insights delivered through LLM-powered experiences. Collaborating closely with Product, AI/Agent Engineers, and Platform teams, you will take AI solutions from ideation to global-scale production.**Key Responsibilities:**- Build and deploy ML and GenAI models for generating recommendations, predictions, and decision support- Apply LLMs to enable natural-language interactions with AI- Provide explainable AI recommendations based on data analysis- Utilize historical data, real-time signals, and competitive indicators for optimization use cases- Take ownership of model evaluation, insight quality, and explainability- Work with engineering teams to ensure models are production-ready- Partner with Product and business teams to translate problems into AI solutions**Qualifications Required:**- 7-9 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Applied ML professional- Strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs in real products- Excellent Python-based data science skills- Proven ability to derive clear business insights from data- Comfortable working in cross-functional, global teams (GCC setup) As a Senior Data Scientist at the company specializing in Media Tech, Martech, and Retail Media AI, your role involves building AI-driven, explainable recommendation systems for next-generation Agentic AI products in the media and retail media space.
