Job Description

    As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and operational excellence. Your role will involve project management, team collaboration, and client interaction.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Deputy Managers who lead teams of 4-5 designers, fostering collaboration and creativity.- Meet with clients to understand needs and present design concepts.- Review designs for consistency and adherence to processes.- Guide and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback.- Address challenges and facilitate conflict resolution.- Effectively share updates and insights with stakeholders.- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure design implementation.- Ensure projects follow a strict timeline in design to ensure monthly deliverables are met by the teams.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Design, Architecture, or related field.- Proven experience in design management with a robust portfolio.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
