    As an Operations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the engineering team. This includes ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, will also be a key part of your role. Analyzing data to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency will be crucial to your success in this position.Your qualifications should include 2-4 years of experience in operations management or a related field. A solid understanding of Dynatrace or similar tools for monitoring application performance is required. You should have a proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery. Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.This job requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
