Senior Financial Operations Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and strengthening internal processes at Treemendous Plants Pvt. Ltd. As a Chartered Accountant (CA), your focus will be on financial control, managerial audits, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and efficiency.- Oversee end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations- Conduct managerial audits to assess operational efficiency and cost effectiveness- Design and implement internal control systems and audit mechanisms- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and process gaps; recommend corrective actions- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial governance- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis- Provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement- Support management in strategic financial decision-making- Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory filings- Ensure timely compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements- Coordinate with external auditors and consultantsYou must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, or CA Inter with 36 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
