Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be working as a SENIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE for a company that provides outsource services to a top Real Estate Marketing company in Canada. Your main responsibility will be to assist top realtors in Ontario with their order queries, provide solutions to any issues, and offer the best services available. Regardless of the communication channel (phone, email, or chat), your professional and empathetic approach will be key in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Assist top realtors in Ontario with their order queries and provide solutions to any issues.- Offer the best services available to ensure customer satisfaction.- Maintain a highly professional and empathetic communication style through phone, email, and chat channels.- Work independently and use your expertise to provide excellent customer support.- Handle a fast-paced environment by multitasking and staying organized.- Participate in India office and Head Quarter (Canada) office interviews.- Be available for a trial period of one to two weeks, depending on the companys requirements.- Be prepared for more rounds of interviews as needed.Qualifications Required:- Excellent business communication skills in English for phone, chat, and email support.- Must have a laptop/PC, headphones, smartphone, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workplace.- Proficiency in office tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc.- Willingness to learn new tools if required.- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.- Punctuality and professionalism are highly valued.- Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities.- Availability to work full-time from home during US Shift hours (Mon-Fri, 9 hrs between 5.30 pm to 9.00 am) with weekend availability.Note: The company provides services to realtors in Canada and aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience through constant innovation and improvement.
