Senior Manager, Operations - Supply Chain and Operations Advisory

Role Overview:You will be a part of the operations consulting team at PwC, specializing in providing consulting services to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your primary focus will be on analyzing client needs, developing operational strategies, and offering guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance business performance. Specifically, in connected supply chain, you will work closely with clients to optimize supply chain operations, enhance visibility, and foster collaboration. Your role will involve analyzing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Additionally, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of Operations Consulting offerings, tools, methodologies, credentials across industries, and engagement models.- Deliver projects as per the contract, ensuring value delivery to the client under the guidance of the Project Manager and gradually developing independent project management skills.- Build strong client relationships during delivery, identify specific problems, and propose solutions to help clients achieve maximum satisfaction and potential repeat business.- Participate in Business Development activities, research potential clients, identify value propositions, and assist in proposal making.- Contribute to team-wide initiatives aimed at improving delivery and introducing new products.- Continuously update Domain Knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends.- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques to address client issues effectively.Qualifications Required:- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and professional presentations.- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology, MBA preferred.- 12-18 years of relevant experience in Operations Consulting.Additional Company Details:At PwC, you will join a vibrant community that values trust, innovation, and inclusivity.
