Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Network & Svcs Operation Senior Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate, rapid, first-time-right activation of telecom services from order receipt to service go-live, minimizing fallout and rework. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of telecom products such as MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, Wireless, along with network fundamentals including IP, VLANs, bandwidth, and routing concepts. Your role will involve working with order management & provisioning systems like Amdocs, Netcracker, and ServiceNow, as well as performing tasks related to activation workflows, Excel/data analysis, KPIs, order cycle time, fallout rate, and rework reduction. Additionally, you will be responsible for L1 L2 troubleshooting & telecom, ServiceNow Order Management, inventory systems exposure, understanding network configs, and fostering an automation mindset.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end Order to Activate lifecycle- Validate customer orders for technical & commercial feasibility- Coordinate with Sales, Network, Field Ops, and Vendors- Configure services via provisioning systems- Track order fallout and drive resolution- Ensure billing readiness & clean handover to Assurance- Maintain activation SLAs and documentation- Perform analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems- Interact with peers within Accenture, clients, and/or Accenture management- Make decisions that impact your own work and may affect others- Act as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team- Work in rotational shifts if requiredQualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 5 to 8 years of experience in Network Operations and Problem Management- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and workflow improvement mindset(Note: Additional details about Accentures global professional services and operations were omitted as they were not directly related to the job role) Role Overview:As a Network & Svcs Operation Senior Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate, rapid, first-time-right activation of telecom services from order receipt to service go-live, minimizing fallout and rework.
