Job Description

    You will be joining UMEED, an organization dedicated to empowering women socially and economically, particularly those from low-income communities in Hyderabad since 2014. UMEED focuses on sustainable livelihood interventions through programs like Leap, Karigari, Shakti, and Sahyog, aiming to support women in their empowerment journeys through skill-building, mindset development, and exposure opportunities.As the Senior Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of training programs at the city level. This role demands strategic planning, operational coordination, and on-ground implementation in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful training sessions aligned with the organizations mission. Your strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and solution-oriented mindset will be crucial for achieving operational excellence in the development sector.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Resource Management** - Oversee procurement, allocation, and optimal utilization of training materials, supplies, and equipment. - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure availability and good condition of resources for all training activities. - Adhere to budgetary guidelines while managing logistical and material needs.- **Scheduling and Coordination** - Develop detailed training calendars aligned with academic schedules, curriculum goals, and trainer availability. - Coordinate session planning with trainers, subject matter experts, and college staff for effective delivery. - Communicate schedules, updates, and changes to all relevant stakeholders regularly.- **Facilitation Support** - Act as the primary contact for trainers, offering operational support before, during, and after sessions. - Monitor facilitator engagement and effectiveness, addressing challenges or gaps. - Provide logistical assistance for smooth delivery of training modules.- **Quality Assurance** - Implement and monitor quality standards to maintain high program delivery standards. - Collect and analyze feedback to assess program success and suggest improvements. - Use data-driven insights for enhancements and continuous improvement.- **Administrative Oversight** - Maintain documentation of training activities, including attendance records and evaluations. - Contribute to reporting on program milestones, challenges, and impact for stakeholders. - Support financial tracking, budget reconciliation, and administrative reports.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, Nonprofit Management, or related field (Masters degree preferred).- Minimum 5 years of experience in program operations, training coordination, or nonprofit management.- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.- Experience in multicultural educational or NGO settings is advantageous.**Additional Requirements:**- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, especially during training programs and events.- Occasional travel required for site visits, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.Apply now for this urgent hiring opportunity at UMEED.
