Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee ScrapEcos operational functions across multiple client locations. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive process excellence while ensuring timely project execution, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end operational execution across multiple client locations.- Manage scrap procurement, auctions, material inspections, logistics, and recycling operations.- Ensure seamless execution of client contracts while meeting defined SLAs and operational KPIs.- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs.- Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, recyclers, transporters, and other stakeholders.- Lead vendor onboarding, performance evaluation, and commercial negotiations.- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, statutory requirements, and client-specific policies.- Monitor operational performance through MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis.- Identify operational risks, resolve escalations, and implement corrective actions.- Drive cost optimization, process efficiency, and operational profitability.- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams across multiple locations.- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Support business expansion by leading operational planning and onboarding of new projects.- Ensure accurate documentation, audit readiness, and complete traceability of operational activities.- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 812 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Manufacturing.- Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.- Experience managing multi-location operations and cross-functional teams.- Solid knowledge of operations management, supply chain, and logistics.- Proven experience in vendor management, client relationship management, and contract execution.- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, and MIS reporting.- Strong communication, negotiation, and process improvement skills.- Experience in Waste Management, Recycling, Circular Economy, Industrial Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Environmental Services will be preferred.Compensation: 656,065.82 - 801,032.90 per yearEducation:- Bachelors (Required)Experience:- Operations management: 5 years (Required)- Procurement: 6 years (Required)- Logistics: 5 years (Required)Location:- Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Aurangabad) (Required)Work Location: In person .
