Job Description

    As a dynamic HR / People Operations Manager at Vijaya Fintech, you will play a crucial role in shaping the human capital strategy of the organization. Balancing the high-speed growth of a tech startup with the strict compliance standards of the financial services industry, you will lead various initiatives to attract top-tier engineering talent, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment of the people strategy with the companys mission.Key Responsibilities:- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on attracting Fintech talent who possess expertise in software scaling and financial regulations.- Design and implement a world-class onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the Security First culture right from their first day.- Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor laws and financial industry requirements, including conducting background checks, providing KYC training, and maintaining data privacy standards.- Manage and optimize the compensation philosophy, which includes conducting salary benchmarking, granting equity/stock options, and offering comprehensive benefits packages.- Implement agile performance review cycles and career development frameworks to retain high-performing technical and financial staff.- Utilize people analytics to monitor headcount, turnover, and diversity, providing data-driven insights directly to the leadership team.Qualifications Required:- 35 years of HR/People Ops experience, preferably within a Fintech, Insurtech, or high-growth SaaS environment.- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex conversations among engineering, legal, and executive teams.- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM/PHR certification is a plus).Join Vijaya Fintech, where the focus is on complexity over cosmetics.
